In Court of Quarter Sessions of Allegheny County, June Sessions, 1867: 
Commonwealth v. Lydia Timming on indictment of larceny; defendant pleaded 
guilty.  Defendant to restore the property stolen or pay the owner the full 
value thereof and be committed to the House of Refuge until the sentence be 
complied with.
     Lydia Timmony received at House of Refuge, Morganza, on July 3, 1867.
