Telegram from Sam Woods, Chief of Police in Erie, PA to J.A. Quay, Supt. Reform 
School in Morganza, PA: Thomas Mathers No. 5128 has enlisted as ordinary seaman 
in U.S. Navy and is aboard Steamer Michigan here.  He will probably leave 
tomorrow for sea coast.
