Letter from Office of Mrs. C. Weisser, dry goods, 435, 437 Market Street, 
Pittsburgh, to J.A. Quay, Supt. Reform School, Morganza, Pa.  Your order for 
hats is now complete.  Will you kindly give me shipping directions that I may 
forward same to you at once.  As yet I have not received your order for 
jackets, providing you desire to place same.  I would advise you to do so at an 
early date, as work can be commenced at once.  Otherwise you will find all the 
manufactures to delay, as having placed many earlier orders.  Thanking you for 
past favors, and soliciting your further esteemed orders.  I remain, Yours
