Faas that James O'Donnell, "an infant under the age of 15 years," is a proper subject for the guardianship of the Managers of the House of Refuge, in consequence of vicious conduct and from the want of proper control of parents. John M. Faas of Pittsburgh deposed that James O'Donnell together with John McCeachran entered his store on Pennsylvania Avenue on the evening of February 1, 1862 about 6 o'clock P.M. and did steal therefrom the sum of ten dollars and six cents.
