Complaint before Alderman of City of Pittsburgh by Patrick Donovan of 
Pittsburgh, father of Patrick Donovan, citing inability of the father to 
control his son.  Patrick, aged 14, runs away from home for days at a time and 
is disobedient.  Requests that he be committed to House of Refuge (signed by 
mark) Ellen Donovan, the boy's mother, deposed the same.  (signed by mark)
