Letter requesting discharge of "my son Albert Skinner, an inmate of your 
Institution to my care."  He has been an inmate two years, is now 15 years of 
age, and would be of great assistance in earning a support for my family.  I 
can secure employment for him at once if discharged to me.  (signed) Mrs.
