Report of the Visiting Committee, House of Refuge for Western Pennsylvania at 
Morganza, Pa.: Robert Redman, aged 12 years, committed by James Lowry, Mayor of 
Pittsburgh, on the oath of Lucinda Redman, his mother, and Sarah Hamilton for 
vicious conduct, absenting himself from home, stealing, etc.  Consider him a 
fit subject.
