Letter from D.N. Rankin, M.D., Allegheny, Pa., to J.A. Quay, Supt. Pennsylvania 
Reform School: This is to inform you that Robert Wayne, father of David Wayne, 
an inmate of your institution, is at this time lying very ill, and requests his 
son David to come and see him if this is in accordance with the rules of the 
Reform School.
