Complaint before William B. Ross, Justice of the Peace of the City of 
Pittsburgh, by R.M. Park that two boys, children of Michael McDermit deceased, 
one under age of 13, the other under the age of 9, be sent to House of Refuge 
for vagrancy.  They were found in the streets of the Borough of Manchester 
without any visible means of support.
