Testimony given by: Isaac Good of the 20th Ward, Pittsburgh: Defendant a bad boy & uncontrollable by his parents or anybody else. I have seen him defacing the depot with a knife. Says the defendant was jumping on the cars and throwing hats into the Ladies'Waiting Room and yesterday he was under the cars and I caught him at a hole under the car containing watermelons and when he came out he commenced cutting the side of the car. J.W. Gray: I am an agent for the P.R.R. Co. The defendant is a constant annoyance to the sd company by cutting of the cars and the depot at East Liberty. Jacob Layman: says he has seen the defendant cutting with a knife about the station and cutting the cars. I have seen him take the brakes of the cars & chased him off frequently. I am switch tender at East Liberty Station. I think his match for a bad boy could not be found. (signed) Jacob Layman, Mill St., 19 Ward.
