Quit Claim Deed, Armstrong County Pennsylvania 1886

Amanda Mohney
to John M. Shick

Know all men by these presents that I Amanda Mohney of RedBank Township
Armstrong County and State of Pennsylvania full heir and legal representative
of jacob Mohney Deceased one of the heirs and legal representatives of
Catharine Mohney late Catharine Shick deceased and full heir of Jacob Shick
Sr. late of the same place deceased party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars lawful money of the United States
to me in hand paid by John M. Schik of the same place party of the second
partthe receipt whereof is hereby is hereby acknowledged and thereof acquit
and forever released and discharge the said John M. Shick his heirs executors
and administrators and by these presents have remised released and forever
quit claimed unto the said John M. Shick and to his heirs and assigns all my
share part and divident right title interest property claim and demand
whatsoever in law or equity of otherwise of    or out of all them certain
devised made and agreed upon in writing by the said Jacob Shick Sr. in his
lifetime and the said John M. Shick by article of Agreement dated the second
day of April A.D. 1870 for the sale and transfer of all that certain tract of
land situated in Red Bank Twp Armstrong County and State of Penna to the said
John M. Shick bounded and discribed on the north by land of Widow Miller and
the east by land Mathias Houpt and Adam Shick now John Harmon on the South by
land of John Harmon and Jacob Shelly and on the West by lands of Benewell
Kunselman and Wm Horn and to contain ninty eight acres neat measure the same
being recorded in the office for recording deeds in the County of Armstrong
Pa in deed book Vol 40 pages 271 & 271 on the 4th day of December 1871 as
will more fully and at large appear together with all and singular the
tenements handtenaments and appurturances there unto belonging or in anywise
appertaining to have and to hold all my right title interest and demand all
aforesaid unto the said John M. Shick and to his heirs and assigns forever.
In witness whereof I the said Amanda Mohney party of the first part have set
my hand and seal this 17th day of Dec AD 1886                 Miss Amanda J.
