Latrobe Bulletin (Latrobe, Pennsylvania) 18 Jun 1949
The death of Henry H. Burkhart, aged 55 years, of Kittanning, formerly of
Youngstown, occurred at 9 am yesterday in the Cleveland Clinic. He is survived by
his widow, Myrtle, and the following children: Mrs. Edna Hamilton, of Latrobe RD;
Mrs. Norma Sircosky, of Aspinwall; Mrs. Doris Stine, Richard and Robert, all of
Kittanning; Arthur C. and Carl, of Youngstown; and Donald with the US Navy at Red
Bank, NJ. Also surviving are his mother, Mrs. Marie Vehling, of Carrick; a brother
August, of Willock, and these sisters: Mrs. Gusty Sims and Mrs. Annie Mirt, both of
Carrick, and Mrs. Minnie Horansky, of Youngstown. Friends will be received at the
home of his sister, Mrs. Thomas Moransky Jr., of Youngstown until Monday afternoon,
when funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock in the St. James Lutheran
Church of Youngstown by the Rev. Robert Johns. Interment will be in the church
cemetery.
