July 13, 1964 VANDERGRIFT WOMAN DIES AT 88 YEARS Mrs. Stella Cora Beatty, 88, of 130 Sumner Ave., Vandergrift, died in the Franklin Hospital in Franklin, Pa., early Saturday evening (July 11, 1964) after a three-week illness. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Vandergrift, and a Sunday school class of the church. Mrs. Beatty was born in Dayton, Pa., on Nov. 16, 1875 to Donaldson D. and Mattie Ellenberger Wilson. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Irene) Houser of Know, with whom she was visiting when she became ill; five sons: Oscar and Roscoe, both of Vandergrift; Dale, of RD 1, Avonmore; Dwight, Somerset, and Rev. Clair, Covington, Ohio. Also surviving are four sisters: Mrs. W. K. (Ada) Good, Dayton, Pa.; Mrs. Thomas (Alice) Beatty, Salina; Mrs. Oscar (Olive) Smith, Kittanning, and Mrs. Roland (Grace) Smith, Dayton, Pa.; 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Friends are being received in the Raymond W. Dunmire Funeral Homes, 244 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift, where a service will be held tomorrow at 1:30 P.M. in charge of the Rev. Wayne W.
