Died at the hospital at Nashville, Tenn., April 13th, 1863, Mr. James Albert Neal,
son of John and Eliza Jane Neal, of Rural Valley, Armstrong County, Pa., age 19
years, 5 months and 28 days; a member of Co. A, 78th Reg’t. P. V. He was among the
first who volunteered in his country's service. He is another added to the long list
of those who have fallen in defense of their country, endeavoring to crush out a
wicked rebellion...
