  Leader Vindicator 
  Mrs. Emma (Minick) Shindledecker, of Truittsburg, aged 77 years, 4 months and 5
  days, passed away Friday, February 23, 1940.
  	
  The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Simon Minick, she was married to Ira Shindledecker
  November 4, 1882.  To their union four children were born, two of whom are
  deceased:  Esther, who died in infancy, and May, wife of W. V. Huber, who died
  September 1, 1920.  Surviving are the husband, one son, Rev. Kerry E.
  Shindledecker of Edinboro, Pa., and one daughter, Mrs. Blanche Marshall of
  Summerville, Pa., R. D.   In addition, 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren,
  one brother, Luke Minick of Truittsburg, two sisters, Mrs. Alice Yount of
  Hawthorn, and Mrs. Rebecca Kunselman of Oak Ridge survive.
  	
  Interment took place Monday in the Hawthorn cemetery.
