  Leader Vindicator 
  Mrs. Ellen Silvis of Mudlic, Pa., wife of Amos Silvis, died of hardening of the
  arteries, at her late home on March 30, 1929, aged 68 years, 11 months and 2
  days.  She was a daughter of Henry and Margaret (Delp) Frazier.
  
  	Funeral services were held in the Lutheran church at Eddyville on Monday of
  this week and were conducted by Rev. John Banks of Putneyville; after which
  interment under the direction of H.H. Sloan was made in the Eddyville cemetery.
  
  	Deceased is survived by four sons and one daughter, namely, C.L. Silvis of
  Apollo; John R. of Mudlic; Frank of Putneyville; Charles of New Bethlehem and
  Mrs. Margaret Shrecongost of New Bethlehem.  She is also survived by 10
  grandchildren.
