Latrobe Bulletin Wed, Nov 12, 1958
Mrs. Bertha Amelia Tarr, 74, widow of the late Joseph C. Tarr of Derry, died
early yesterday at her residence in Apollo. She had been in ill health for some
time. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. M. C. (Alma) Rearick of Arnold, and two
brothers, C. J. Earl Tarr of Derry and J. Kenneth Tarr of the Panama Canal Zone.
Friends will be received at the King Brothers Funeral Home, Apollo, daily from 2
to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 10 p.m. until Friday when funeral services will be
conducted there at 1 p.m. Interment will be made in Greenwood Memorial Park near
New Kensington.
