Philip Smith


Comment: Co D 6th [illegible],Dec 2 1914,F. Philip Smith 
enlisted as a private on Sep 1 1864 in Battery D of the 6th 
Heavy Artillery (the 212th Volunteers). He was mustered out 
on Jun 13 1865 at Fort Ethan Allen,Virginia. In 1880 he and 
wife Clara were living in Harrison Township, Allegheny 
County with 3 children and he was also registered there in 
the 1890 Veteran's Schedule.
