PA To the honorable the Judges of the Orphans Court of Armstrong County The petition of George Coleman only son of George Coleman late of Red Bank Township in the County aforesaid Humbly Shweth. That your petitioners said father died intestate on or about the last of August A.D. 1832 leaving a widow Catharine and issue Hannah married to Michael Yarrage? -Susan married with Michael Koppenhaver- Catharine married with Abraham Buffington- the heirs of John Coleman dec. to wit ( Elizabeth-Simon-Johan-John) Elizabeth married to John Heinerleiter-Marie married to Daniel Huffman-Eve married to David Brosius-Margaret Married to John Holewich and Barbara Coleman the last named of whom is still in her minority- and that the said entestate died seized in his demesue as of fee of and in a sertain Nuphuage? plantation and tract of land situate in the township and County afore said bounded by land your petitinors the north-Peter Minich and the east and others and containing about one hundred seventy five acres more or less- Your petitioner therefore prayed your ----- to award an inquest to make partition to the premesis aforesaid to and among the children and representaives of the!! said intestate in such manner and such proportions as by the laws of this commonwealth is directed if partition can be made without prejudice to or spoiling the whole but if such partition cannot be made as aforesaid there to value and appraise the same and further to inquire whether the said real estate will conveniently accomodate more than one of the children of the said intestate and if so how many and make report of their proceedings to the next general orphans court--and as in duty bound he will may ___. To Catharine Coleman, widow and George Coleman, Michael Yarrage and Hannah his wife, late Hannah Coleman, Michael Koppenhaver and Susan his wife, late Susan Coleman, Abraham Buffington and Catherine his wife, late Catherine Coleman, The heirs of John Coleman deceased, to wit (Elizabeth, Simon, Jonas and John) John Heinerlieter and Elizabeth his wife, late Elizabeth Coleman, Daniel Huffman and Maria his wife, late Maria Coleman, David Brosiage and Eve his wife, late Eve Coleman, John Holwick and Margaret his wife, late Margaret Coleman and Philip Mechling Guardian of Barbara Coleman heir and legal representatives of George Coleman, late of Redbank township Armsrong County deceased Whereas by an inquest for the prupose duly awarded by the Orphan's Court of the county of __said, the real estate of the said George Coleman, dec, was appraised at and for the sum of five hundred and forty dollars and Seventy five cents lawful money of the United States, and whereas none of the heirs of the said deceased appeared in court on the return of the said inquisition to take the premises therin mentioned at the appraisment, whereupon it was ruled by the said county that you and each of you should come into court at an Orphans Court to be held at Kittanning in and for the said cournt, on Monday, the sixteenth day of December next, to accept or refuse to take the said premises, at the said appraisments.
