Deemer of Kiskiminetas Township Shady Plain P.O. Armstrong County Pa Being Sick and weak in body but of Sound mind and memory, calling to mind the frailty and uncertainty of human life and being desirous of Settling my worldly affairs and directing how the estate with which it has pleased God to Bless me shall be disposed of after my decease while I have strength and capacity so to do, do make and publish this my last will and testament, and first I commend my imortal being to him who gave it and my body to the earth to be intered in a decent respectful manner by my executor herein after named who shall have tomb stones erected at my grave. And as to my wourldly estate and all the property real, personal, or mixed, of which I shall die seized & possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit Imprimis. My will is that all my just debts and funeral charges shall by my executor herein after named, be paid out of my estate, as soon after my decease as shall by him be found convenient. Item. I give and devise unto my two sons Linas T. Deemer & Henry J. Deemer the farm on which I now reside for which they are to furnish a home for my wife Hannah on the farm as long as she shall live and support her comfortably in health and sickness and pay all doctor bills and funeral charges, and then to pay each one of my children One Hundred Dollars commencing at the Eldest one year after my decease. Margaret Smeltzer one hundred Dollars, and in two years, Jane Hannah one hundred Dollars, in three years Philip Deemer one hundred Dollars and in four years John Deemer one hundred dollars and in five years Mariah McCormic one hundred dollars and six years Nancy Jones one hundred dollars and in seven years Agnus Shucter one hundred dollars and in eight years Savila Kunkle one hundred dollars and in nine years Zina Deemer one hundred dollars. I do nominate and appoint Henry Knappenbarge to be the Executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I the said George W. Deemer have to this my last will and testament contained on this sheet of Paper Subscribed my name and affixed my seal this Eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & eighty six.
