Knepshield of Kiskiminetas Twp. in Armstrong County Pennsylvania being Sound in mind memory and understanding do make this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And first, I give to my son Grover C. Knepshield all my household goods and Personal Property on and about the Farm. My arm of 21 acres in Kiskiminetas Twp. lately bought from Henry Grubbs, I give devise and bequeth to my Grand son Phillip D. Peterman, and I direct that he shall keep his mother Sarah J. Peterman on as out of the same. That this bequest shall be a Lein on said real Estate until fully complied with. My household goods & Personal Property and the above Farm I give my said Grand son Phillip D. Peterman & my Daughter Sarah J. Peterman. My Farm Situated in Burrel Twp. Armstrong Co. PA. Containing 130 acres more or less. I direct that my Executors herewith named shall sell and convey the same at Private sale at a resonable Price, to my Son Grover C. Knepshield, and the Proceeds arising from said sale, together with money in Bank, I give to my children as follows the 2/13 to my Son Harvey Knepshield 2/13 to my Son Elmer Knepshield 2/13 to my Son Oliver W. Knepshield 2/13 to my Son Albert Knepshield 2/13 to my Grover C. Knepshield 2/13 to my daughter Gertrude Shupp, and the remaining one thirteenth to my Grand daughter Dora M. Grubbs now Lambing. I further direct that if my daughter Sarah J. Peterman and Phillip D. Peterman should not be satisfied with this my will, or should go to the law in attempt to go to Law concerning this my will, Then their share shall be taken and divided among those of my children who are satisfied with the same. I also appoint my sons Oliver W. Knepshield and Grover Knepshield as Guardians over and for my Daughter Sarah J. Peterman & Grand son Phillip D. Peterman to look after and care for them & their property. And lastly I hereby appoint authorize and execut my sons Harvey Knepshield and Oliver W. Knepshield as Executors of this my last will . Knepshield late of Burrel Twp. in the County of Armstrong Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, died on the 14 day of February 1932, seized and possessed of an estate subject to Inheritance Tax under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Therefore I, Walter R. Beck, having been duly appointed appraiser by the Auditor General of Pennsylvania on the 1 day of March 1932, to make a fair and conscionable appraisement of the said estate, and to assess the fix the cash value of all annuities in life estates growign out of said estate, hereby file the following appraisement: Oath for Appraiser (When specially appointed) Armstrong County, as: Personally appeared before me, Walter R. Beck duly appointed appraiser, to fix the value of the estate of Sarah J. Knepshield, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, deposes and says the will, without prejudice or partiality, make a fair and conscionable appraisement of the said estate, and assess and fix the cash value of all annuities and life estates growing out of said estate, as of date of death of decedent, and for the purpose of ascertaining the amount of inheritance tax due upon the same.
