Will # 341 Issac Mohney, January 1834, Armstrong County Pennsylvania The last will and testament of Isaac Mohney of Redbank Township Armstrong County in the name of God I Isaac Mohney considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say first I will that all my just debts as shall be by me owing at my death together with my funeral expenses and all charges touching the privicy? as otherwise ------ this my will shall in the first place out of my personal estate once effects be fully paid and satisfied and known and after payment thereof and subject there unto them my will is that all the measure of my goods stocks shattles merchandise and household furniture shall be in differantly appraised and after such appraisment shall the same shall be divided in the manner following to writ 2nd It is my will that my beloved wife Eve have the use of the place in which I now live and all the profits rising from it for to raise and support my youngest childern till the youngest arrives at its twenty first year provided she remains so long my widow. It is also my will my wife get my bay mare -lled fore? also two cows her choice fore sheep fore hogs two beds and bedding of clothes also the stove is to be left in the house for her use it is also my will that if my beloved wife should marry before my youngest child became to its age of twenty one years that what has been made in the place shall go to the use of these my children it is also my will that my wife get ---------------------? two small pots also half a dozen spoons half a dozen of knives and half a dozen forks half a dozen cups and saucers and half dozen of plates from house one table one red chirt two buckets her spinning wheel and forty bushels of wheat twenty bushels of Rhy two bushels of Corn ten bushels of oats It is my will that the remainder of my personel estate be sold at a public venue and equally divided among my children share and share alike. Abraham Valantine Samuel Jesse Mary Catharine Susanna Peggy Ann it is my will that my excutors herin after named pay to my son John Mohney one dollar out of my personal estate which is be all that he is ever to receive of my estate real or personal and my wish and ------- is that in case any of my children shall depart this life before he or she arrives at their twenty first year that my excutor hereafter named is to put the real property to sale and to di vide the amount equally among my children above named Viz. Abraham Valantine Samuel Jesse Mary Catharine Susanna Peggy Ann share and share alike It is my will that if my beloved wife Eve shall marry before my youngest child should arrive at her twenty first year that hen my excutors put the real estate to sale and further I hereby impower my excutors to convey and confirm by deed or deeds in law for the real estate as if myself had done the same. And I hereby Appoint John Mohney as sole excutor of this my last will and testement hereby revoking all former wills by me made in writing whereby I have here unto set my hand and seal the thirth teenth day of January in the year of ou Lord One thousand eight hundred\and thirty four (Signature of Isaac Mohney) Signed sealed published and witnessed by the above named Isaac Mohney to be his last will and testament in the presence of who at his request and in his presence now subscribed our names a witnesses there. (Signature of Matthew McKillip) (Signature of Jacob Mohney) Armstrong County This Twentieth day of February A.D. 1834 before me John Crall Register for the probate of wills and granting letter of Administration in and for the County of Armstrong personally came Matthew KcKillip and Jacob Mohney the subscribing witnesses to the forgoing will and being surly sworn according to law did depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Isaac Mohney the testator sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and shall at the time of doing so be was of perfect and sound mind and memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and belief.
