Stewart, Sr. September 16, 1865 Know all men by the present that I John Stewart of Plumcreek Twp in the County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania Farmer being sick & weak but of sound and disposing mind & Memory do make & publish this my last will and hereby revoked all former wills by me at any time hereafter void And as to my worldly estate and all the property real & personal or mixed, of which I shall dy__?_ and posessed are to which I shall be entitled to at the time of my demise, I devise bequest & dispose thorough in assignment following to wit: First, my will is that all my just debts & funeral expenses by my executers hereafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease or that by them be found convenient. Then, I give & bequest to my son John Stewart the Farm known by the name of the Harmond Farm in Plumcreek Twp. 3rd. I give & bequest to my son Joseph Stewart all that Farm in Plumcreek Twp known as the Hoover Farm & further it is my will that the Farm in Cowanshannock Twp known by the name of the Kenedy Farm be sold. 4th. I, give & bequest to my daughter, Mary two hundred dollars in cash. 5th. I, give & bequest to my daughter Elizabeth one hundred and fifty dollars in cash when she arrives at the age of twenty on years. 6th. I, give & bequest to my daughter Margaret McClain five dollars in cash. 7th. I, give and bequest to my daughter Jane Spencer five dollars. 8th. I, give and bequest to my daughter Rachel Jewart one cow. 9th. I give and bequest to my daughter Sarah Guthrie one cow. 10th. It is my will that my beloved wife Mary Stewart be kept by my two sons John & Joseph share & share a like as long as she remains my widow & I do appoint my son John Stewart & Samuel Casedy my executors of the my will & Testement. In witness whereof I the said John Stewart have to the my last will and testment set my hand & seal This 16th day of September one thousand eight hundred and sixty five.
