Witnesseth that the Whereas the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by Patent Bearingdate the tenth day of December in the year of our Lord, one thousand seven hundred and ninety five, was granted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to Pressley NEVILLE. A certain lot or parcel of land in Beaver County Moon Township and on the waters of Woolorys Run Whereas Thomas McCONAHY late of Alleghney County & State of Pennsylvania, Decd. in his life time purchased from the said Prestly of the said County. A Certain parcel of land herein after discribed & Paid unto the said Prestley fifty eight pounds six shillings lawful money of Pennsylvania in full of the price thereof, but before any Deed of Conveyance was executed by the said Prestley the said Thomas died Intestate & without issue then the said Prestley did afterwards give a deed in trust to the heirs of said Thomas. Alexander McCONAHY being the only brother of the said Thomas McCONAHY became sole heir to the estate of the said Thomas. the said Alexander before his death did will said estate to his son Alexander of the part before mentioned. This indenture Witnesseth that the above named Alexander McCONAHY in Consideration of the sum of four hundred and sixty one Dollars to him in hand paid by the within named John McCONAHY unto the said Alexander McCONAHY at or before the signing of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged & that the said Alexander hath granted beargained sold enfeoffed, released and confirmed, unto the said John McCONAHY and by these presents doth grant bargain, sell, unto the said John McCONAHY one hundred and ten acres with the usual allowance for roads &c more or less of the South end of said described land adjoining land of Daniel BARKER & William ELLIOTT to him the said John McCONAHY, his heirs executors administrators forever will and truly to warrant and defend against him the said Alexander McCONAHY and all others lawfully claiming the same under the laws of Pennsylvania for the boundaries, the said quantity of land reference may be had unto deed given by Presly NEVILLE to the heirs of Thomas McCONAHY of the South end of said tract. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals the day & year first above written. Clear of all incumbrances. Given on the first day of March A. D. 1832 A.
