LAMBERT and SAMUEL HAGERTY; January 31, 1865 #2436 Book 16, Page 621-622 This Indenture made the thirty first day of January, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five, between Park H. Lambert and Hester his wife, of the County of Beaver and State of Pennsylvania parties of the first part, and Samuel Hagerty of the County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania party of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said parties ofthe first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,have granted, bargained, sold, -----, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, ---, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns all the right title and interest being one third part of all that certain measurage or piece of land being lying and situate in the township of Perry, County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania, and bounded as follows...[the survey description begins with a point on the south east by lands of Samuel Hagerty, and bounded by lands held by Harvey Seiper and William Robbins.] ... containing eleven acres more or less, together with all and singular the buildings, appurtenances, improvements, ways, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties,privileges ...
