Captured at Plymouth, North Carolina, April 20, 1864. ....................................... ARIAS - Pennsylvania Digital State Archives has: Phillip [Philip?] S. Young, Co. H, 101st Inf., enrolled Oct. 7, 1861 at Pittsburgh, Pa. and was mustered in Oct. 29, 1861 as Private at Harrisburg, Pa. He was aged 22 at enrollment, with a light complexion, stood 5' 10" tall, had gray eyes, brown hair and was a tailor by occupation, residing in Butler Co., Pa.
