Latrobe Bulletin Mon, Jul 30, 1945
James Quinn, aged 40 years, son of Mrs Gertrude Quinn, formerly of Hostetter,
now residing in Ambridge and the late Harry Quinn, died on Saturday in Detroit,
Michigan, where he was employed, Together with his widow, Mrs. Mary Quinn, he is
survived by two children; Marian and James, Jr., all of Ambridge. Seven
brothers: Raymond and Joseph, both of Ambridge; Sgt. John, of Chanute Field,
Ill.; Sgt. Henry, USMC, of Brooklyn Navy Yards; T/5 Eugene, of Texas; Pvt. Leo,
of Camp Lee, Va.; and Charles, of Leetsdale, also survive as do two sisters:
Mrs. Edward Sessi, of Ambridge, and Mrs. George Mitchell, of Youngstown. The
body will be brought hack to Ambridge for services and burial with the
announcements to he made later.
