I Peter Young of big Beaver Township Beaver County and state of Pennsylvania being admonished of my mortality by the frailties of old age- yet found in memory mind and understanding (thanks be to God for the same) knowing the certainty of death to make and constituted this my last will and testament. First and principally I recommend my immortal spirit to God who gave it in hopes of a joyful resurrection and my body to the earth (when it shall please God) to separate my soul and body. and as to such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I give and dispose thereof as follows. it is my will an ideal order and direct that all my estate real and personal being in the County of Beaver shall be divided at my decease by my executors in the manner following. I do nominate my sons Algeo and Robert to be my executors of this my last will and testament. It is my will that the tract of land on which I live to be given to my son Robert at my decease, only he shall give one-third of the grain and hay with a third of the fruit produced by the orchard to my three daughters Nancy, Elizabeth at Rebecca while these remain single. It is further my will that my daughters before mentioned to have a possession of my dwelling house in which I now live while they remained single with all the household and kitchen furniture such as beds and bedding, tables and cupboard etc. these to be equally divided among them- and also I further will and allow that whatever is left of my horses cows sheep and such like after all my debts be discharged shall be equally divided by my executors between my three daughters, further I will and allow that my loom with all the appurtanances be given to my daughter Elizabeth. I further will and allow that my son John William Algeo and James shall receive five dollars each to be paid in cash by Robert at two years after this my testament comes in force. I published and declare this at no other to be my last will and testament. in witness whereof I hereto set my hand and seal this 22nd day of March A.D. 1833. Young Beaver County SS: be remembered that on the 20th day of August A.D. 1833, before me David Johnson Register for the probate of wills etc. in and for said county personally came William Young and George Miller who being duly sworn did depose and say that they were present and saw and heard Peter Young the testator within named sign seal pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and that at the time of so doing he was a sound mind memory and understanding to the best of the deponents knowledge observation and belief.
