Public Sale
By virtue of an order of the Orphans' Court, the undersigned will offer, at public
sale, on the premises, on THURSDAY, 27th day of July next, the following described
real estate, viz: A tract of land situate in Colerain Township, containing one
hundred and fifty acres and 120 perches, adjoining lands of Fred. Mench, Akins'
heirs, Jno. Harcleroad, and others. Terms made known on day of sale, and sale to
commence at ten o'clock.A.M. JOHN CESSNA, Adm'r of the Estate of Jacob Dively,
deceased. June 23, 1854 - 4t.
