Auditor's Notice.
The undersigned, appointed Auditor to distribute the funds in the hands of Sheriff
Fluke, arising from the sale of the personal property and also of the real estate of
Wm. M. Earnest, gives notice that he will attend to the duties of said appointments,
at his office, in Bedford Borough, on Saturday, the 14th day of November 1860. O. H.
GAITHER, Auditor. Oct. 26, 1860.
