M., on the premises, all that valuable farm, late the residence of Philip H. Hoover, dec'd., situate partly in Juniata and partly in Napier Townships, adjoining lands of Jacob Dull, Henry Horn, Peter Hillegas and others, containing 182 acres, more or less, about 90 acres cleared and under fence, having thereon erected two dwelling houses, barn, stable, and other out-buildings; located on the public road between Schellsburg and Buena Vista: is well watered and includes a large amount of first class meadow land, and plenty of fine timber; it will be sold in lots to suit purchasers, or as one farm. TERMS: One third to remain in the land during the lifetime of the widow, the interest to be paid her annually, and at her death the principal to the heirs; one third in hand at the confirmation of the sale, and the remaining third in one year, without interest - payment to be secured by Judgment bonds or bonds and mortgage.
