Auditor’s Notice
The undersigned, appointed by the Orphans' Court to distribute the balance in the
hands of O. E. Shannon, Esq., adm'r. of Philip Ickes. late of Union Township,
dec'd., will attend to the duties of said appointment,  at his office, in Bedford,
on Thursday, the 26th day of January, next, at 1 o'clock, P. M.,
where all interested may attend. J. W. LINGENFELTER, Auditor.  Dec. 30, 1859.
