Whereas, Jacob Keagy, late of Middle Woodberry Township, Bedford County, died seized of the following Real Estate, to wit: One tract of Land, containing about one hundred and twenty acres, situate in said township, adjoining lands of John Zook on the North, Abraham Keagy on the south, David Stonerook and others on the East, and Christian Hoffman on the west, leaving a widow, Fanny, and issue six children, to wit: Michael, the petitioner, Catharine, David, Ann, intermarried with William Elder, Peter and Jacob, a minor, who has for his guardian David Schnebly, all residing in Bedford County except David, who resides in Blair County, Pa. Notice is therefore, hereby given, that in pursuance of a writ of partition or valuation to me directed, I will proceed to hold an Inquisition or valuation on said premises, on Tuesday, the 17th day of April, 1860, when and where all parties interested may attend, if they see proper.
