A. D., 1860, before the Judges of the said Court. On motion of O. E. Shannon Esq., the Court grant a rule on the heirs and legal representatives of Wm. Kerr, late of Harrison Township, dec'd., to wit: John Kerr, Catharine, wife of Lewis Kellerman, dec’d., leaving her husband and three children viz: James Kellerman, Wm. Kellerman of Bedford County and John Kellerman of Ohio, Elizabeth wife of Jonathan Cessna of Ohio, who conveyed her share to Mary, the widow of dec'd., William Jackson Kerr, Joseph Henry Kerr, Amanda, wife of John Riley, Samuel Kerr, George Kerr all of Bedford County and Margaret, wife of Peter Funk, residence not known, to be and appear at an Orphans' Court to be held at Bedford in and for the County of Bedford, on the third Monday, I9th day of November next, to accept or refuse to take the real estate of said dec’d., at the valuation or show cause why the same should not be sold by the Court.
