Auditor’s Notice.
THE undersigned appointed Auditor to distribute the funds in the hands of Sheriff
Cessna, arising from a sale of the real estate of Terrance Kierney, will attend to
the duties of said appointment. at his office, in Bedford Borough, on Monday, the
15th day of April 1861, at 1 o'clock, P. M. O. H. GAITHER, Auditor. March 22, 1861.
