Notice of Inquisition.
The heirs and legal representatives of Mrs. Sophia Mower, late of Colerain Township
dec'd., viz: Eliza, intermarried with Elijah Weaver, in the State of Ohio, Rebecca,
intermarried with Joshua Filler, Nancy, intermarried with Jacob Noss, in Wood
County, Ohio. Sarah, intermarried with Emanuel J. Diehl, and Elizabeth, intermarried
with Levi Kegg, are hereby notified that an Inquisition to value and appraise the
real estate of said dec'd., viz: a house and lot in the Borough of Rainsburg,
adjoining Joshua Filler and others, will be held on the premises on Monday, the 26th
day of July, inst., when and where all may attend who see proper. WM. S. FLUKE,
