Estate of Jacob Nicodemus, dec'd.
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, appointed Auditor, by the Orphans'
Court of Bedford County, to distribute the balance in the hands of Jacob A.
Nicodemus, Executor of the last will, &c., of Jacob Nicodemus, late of Middle
Woodberry Township, in said County, dec'd., and to report the facts to said Court,
will attend to the duties of his appointment at his office, in the Borough of
Bedford, on Monday, the 13th day of March, A. D. 1861, at one o'clock, P. M. of said
