Whereas, William Nycum, late of Monroe Township, Bedford County, died, seized of the following described Real Estate, to wit: One tract of land containing two hundred and thirty-nine acres, more or less, adjoining lands of Barnard Claybaugh, Wm. Carnell, John Fletchter, and Leonard Nycum's heirs, situate in said Township. Leaving issue the following heirs and legal representatives, to wit: Leonard Nycum, John Nycum, the petitioner, residing in Bedford County, Barnard Nycum and Upton Nycum, residing in Allegheny County, Md., Wilson Nycum and Andrew Nycum, residing in Bedford County. Notice is therefore hereby given, that in pursuance of a writ of Partition or Valuation, to me directed, I will proceed to hold an Inquisition or Valuation, on said premises on Tuesday the 31st day of July 1860, when and where all parties interested, may attend if they see proper.
