Auditor's Notice
In the Orphans' Court, in and for the County of Bedford. In the matter of the
distribution of the balance of funds remaining in the hands of David Patterson, one
of the Executors of the list will, &c., of Wm. Patterson, deceased, Jno. P. Reed
appointed Auditor to ascertain the advancements made to the heirs, and report a
distribution of said balance.
The Auditor will attend to the duties of the above appointment, on Saturday, the
14th day of August, next, at 10 o'clock, A. M., of said day, at his office, in the
Borough of Bedford, when and where all persons interested can attend if they see
proper. JNO. P. REED, Auditor. July 16, 1858
