NOTICE OF INQUISITION.
Whereas, Geo. W. Points, brother and heir at law of Catharine Points, late of Union
Township, deceased, presented a petition setting forth that the said Catharine
Points lately died intestate, leaving neither husband nor issue, but leaving the
following collateral heirs to wit: David Points, living in Bedford County, Pa.,
Samuel Points, residing in Butte county, Oregon, John Points, residing in Berkly
county, Virginia, Elizabeth, intermarried with Lewis Berkhimer, residing in Bedford
county, Pa., Daniel Points, residing in Fulton county, Illinois, Henry Points,
residing in DeKalb county, Indiana, and Geo. W. Points, petitioner, residing in
Bedford county, Pa.; that said intestate died seized in her demesne as of fee, of
and in a certain tract of land, adjoining lands of Alex. McGregor, Esq., Joseph M.
Taylor and others, containing about twenty acres, and praying the Court to make
partition of the premises aforesaid, to and among the heirs, &c., whereupon the
Court awarded an inquest to make partition according to the prayer of the
petitioner.
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a writ of partition or valuation to me
directed, I will proceed to hold on the premises an Inquisition, on Friday, the 23d
of June, 1865, when and where all persons interested may attend if they think
