Public Sale of Valuable Real Estate.
By virtue of an order of the Orphans’ Court of Bedford County, the undersigned will
offer at public sale on the premises in Colerain Township, Saturday the 15th October
next.
The following described real estate; a tract of land containing one hundred acres,
sixty of which are cleared and under fence, with a Log House and Log Barn, thereon
erected, also, an apple orchard thereon, adjoining lands of Wm. Ressler and Samuel
Williams.
Terms: cash at confirmation of sale.
