Public Sale of Valuable Real Estate
By virtue of an order of the Orphans' Court of Bedford County, the undersigned, will
offer at public sale on the premises in Cumberland Valley Township, on Saturday 26th
March, inst., the following described real estate, viz: a tract of land, containing
148 acres, adjoining lands of A. McClelland, Nathan Lee and others, about 60 acres,
cleared and under fence, with log house and log stable thereon erected, also a good
spring thereon.
TERMS: Cash at confirmation of sale.
