By virtue of an order of the Orphans' Court of Bedford County, the undersigned will
offer at public sale on the premises, on Saturday 18th day of June, next.
The following described Real Estate viz: a Tract of Land, in West Providence
Township, adjoining lands of David Sparks, Peter Barndollar's heirs, Isaac Meixell
and others, and containing about 25 acres, about 3 acres cleared, and the balance
well timbered. Terms cash.
