PUBLIC SALE OF REAL ESTATE.
By virtue of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bedford County, the subscriber
will sell at public sale, at the Court House, in Bedford Borough on Saturday, the
27th day of August, A. D. 1859, a TRACT OF LAND, situate in St. Clair Township,
Bedford County, containing about one hundred and thirty-six acres, adjoining lands
of Wm. M. Clark, John W. Crisman, Berkheimer's heirs. and others, being the mansion
property of William Sleek, Sr., dec'd., and now owned by William Sleek, Jr.
TERMS: $200 at the confirmation of the sale, $300 on the first day of April, 1860,
and the remainder on the first day of April, 1861. Sale to commence at one o'clock,
P. M.  S. L. RUSSELL, Trustee. August 5, 1859.
