Executor’s Notice.
Letters testamentary having been granted to the subscribers, on the Estate of John
Smith, late of Union Township, dec'd.,  all persons indebted to said Estate are
hereby notified to make payment immediately, and those having claims against the
same, will present them properly authenticated for settlement
