Auditor's Notice.
The undersigned, appointed by the Orphans' Court of Bedford County, to examine and
settle the exceptions filed to the confirmation of the account of Mahlon Smith,
administrator of the estate of James Smith, late of St. Clair Township, dec'd., will
attend to the duties of the appointment, at his office, in the Borough of Bedford on
Monday, the 17th day of December next, at 10 o’clock A. M., when and where all
parties interested can attend. JOHN P. REED, Auditor. Nov. 30, 1860.
