Executor's Notice.
Notice is hereby given, that Letters Testamentary on the will of Frederick Smith,
late of Colerain Township, dec'd., have been granted to the undersigned, by the
Register of wills of Bedford County, that all persons having claims on said estate
are requested to present them duly authenticated for settlement, and those indebted
to said estate are notified to make immediate payment.
