At an Orphans' Court, held at Bedford, in and for the County of Bedford, on the 30th day of April, A. D. 1860, before the Judges of the said Court. On motion of O. E. Shannon, Esq., the Court, grant a rule on the heirs and legal representatives of Jacob Snell, late of East Providence Township, dec'd., to wit: Mariah, intermarried with Jonathan Statler, residing in Story County, Iowa, Jacob Snell, residing in Carrell County, Ill., George Snell, residing in Pennsylvania, Caroline, intermarried with Jacob H. Barndollar, now dec'd., residing in Blair Co., Pa., Christopher Snell, residing in Bedford County, Caroline and Catharine Manspeaker, children of Catharine Manspeaker, dec'd., of whom O. E. Shannon is guardian, and David Manspeaker, another heir of said Catharine, who is a minor and has no guardian, residing in Carrell Co., Ill., and Wm. Snell, residing in Bedford County, Pa., said Wm. Snell, holds by purchase the interest, of all the said heirs except, Maria Statler, Caroline Barndollar and David Manspeaker, to be, and appear at an Orphans’ Court, to be held at Bedford, in and for the County of Bedford, on the first Monday, third day of September, A. D. 1860. to accept or refuse to take the Real Estate of said dec'd., at the valuation, which has been valued and appraised in pursuance of a writ of Partition, or Valuation, issued out of our said Court, and to the Sheriff of said County directed, or show cause, why the same should not be sold.
