D., 1859, before the Judges of the said Court. On motion of Job Mann, Esq., the Court grant a rule upon the heirs and legal representatives of Henry Steckman, late of Monroe Township, dec'd., to wit: John Steckman, residing in Fulton County, Pa., Sarah, intermarried with John Mortimore, Philip Steckman, Jacob Steckman, Valentine Steckman, Peter Steckman, Henry Steckman, residing in Rush County, Indiana, Andrew Steckman, Elizabeth, intermarried with David Morris, Frederick Steckman and James Steckman, to be and appear at an Orphans' Court, to he held at Bedford, in and for the County of Bedford, on the second Monday (13th day) of February, next, to accept or refuse to take the Real Estate of said deceased, at the valuation which has been valued and appraised, in pursuance of a writ of partition or valuation, issued out of said Court, and to the Sheriff of said County directed, or show cause why the same should not be sold.
