Auditor's Notice.
In the Court of Common Pleas in and for the County of Bedford. In the matter of the
exceptions filed to the account of Samuel H. Tate, Esq., Assignee of Sensom &
Gephart, Jno. P. Reed appointed Auditor to report upon the exceptions, state an
account, and report a distribution of the funds in the hands of the Assignee, to and
amongst the creditors, and the evidence.
The Auditor will attend to the duties of the above appointment, on Monday, the 16th
day of August, next, at 10 o'clock, A. M. of said day, at his office in the Borough
of Bedford, when and where all parties interested can attend, if they see proper.
